I have had great service and drinks at this location. However today 2 of my drinks were trash and I did not feel like the young lady that was taking my order new the menu or cared what I was asking for. She kindly joked about my total being a lot because I did order 5 drinks but then never actually told me my total. I was very disappointed. We live 30 mins away and look forward to coming here every once in a while. Hope this doesnt happen again.

If they pay these employees by the hour, why is there a tip screen for taking an order and giving us our purchase having that screen there makes you feel obligated no other fast food place has a tip screen that you have to reject and then the employee acts differently when you don't put a tip on It's completely unfair to the Customer. they're already charging seven dollars for one simple coffee medium, so we're already being overcharged Crazy totally crazy business

I have usually had a good experience at this 7brew but after my experience yesterday, I will not be going back. I was trying to order a certain drink and I was first met with attitude, “We dont have white chocolate blondie,” which I knew. I then tried explaining that I wanted red-velvet in my drink and I repeated it twice but, she did not correct me until the third chance. I had to show her a picture of what I was ordering and she still did not understand, “Is this what you are trying to order?” and “we do not have Red velvet”. It was not what she said but the way she said it. I was with other people and we all felt awkward, uncomfortable, and I was personally upset with the attitude and lack of communication. Usually, the baristas will try their best to work with what they have & suggest what you may like. I have experience as a Starbucks barista. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. In fact, I probably would have had a verbal warning after the interaction. I guess what I wanted to say is that I wanted a treat after going to my mother’s funeral and I thought it would make me feel better having my favorite “treat”. Went for the first time to this location today and definitely won’t be back. There was no menu to look at and the person taking my order did not at all seem to understand what I wanted. She didn’t even ask what drink size I wanted and the coffee I got tasted nothing like banana. It seemed like she just wanted to rush me through. The workers kept jumping in front of everyone’s cars and not even looking before walking. I guess it’s better if you look at the menu before coming and know what you want because the workers certainly aren’t knowledgeable or helpful in making sure you get what you wanted. And she did not properly put my number in so I didn’t even get rewards points. It was definitely not the experience I’ve gotten at other locations and very disappointing.

Love coming to 7 brew, yet I always come and get lite ice in my drink. I still get a cup full of ice. And I don’t want to be “that guy” and call and complain. Still love the place, and the people are always friendly.
